At Velitt Guider, we’re committed to providing our customers with a unique and exciting scavenger hunt experience. Our scavenger hunts cover various aspects of the island, including local restaurants with history, historical buildings and spots, museums, churches, beaches, caves, and other exciting places. To ensure that you have a hassle-free and enjoyable experience, we have outlined our service policy 

The scavenger hunt is open to all participants who are 18 years or older. If participants are under the age of 18, they must have parental or legal guardian consent to participate.

Participants must form teams of 2 to 4 people max. per team. Each team will have to create a team name in advance and must stay together throughout the scavenger hunt.

Start and end times:
The scavenger hunt timer will start directly after you answer the first question or fulfill task. If your team does not finish the Scavenger Hunt on time, your team will lose its points. (the duration of the timer depends on the scavenger hunt chosen)

Rules: Participants must follow all rules and regulations set forth by the scavenger hunt organizer. Any violation of these rules may result in disqualification. 

Booking Policy:
  All bookings must be made at least 24 hours in advance, and a full deposit is required to secure your reservation. When the payment has been made, an email with further instructions will be sent to the registered email. In case you have a booking with additional gear you will find the time and place for pick up in the email with further instructions.

Equipment Rental Policy:
 ​All scavenger hunts include the required gear, as snorkel set or inflatable boat for each team of 4. We will therefore require a deposit per team of 4 for each set of gear obtained, the deposit depends on the package chosen.

City Scavenger, Culture trip includes 1 snorkel set per team of 4 with a deposit of $30(cash only).The adventure trip includes 1 snorkel set and 1 inflatable boat per team of 4 with a deposit of $130(cash only). 
Rented gears should be returned back immediately at the end of the scavenger hunt. All gear will be checked.
 In case the rental gear is returned in original state (without damage and complete) you will receive your deposit back. If there is any loss or damage of the rented gears, we are forced to charge this and you will not get your deposit back.
It is possible to rent extra gear for the Scavenger Hunts in case needed or wanted.The costs are; $18 for an extra snorkel set, with a deposit of $30(cash only) and $50 for an extra inflatable boat, with a deposit of $100 (cash only).

Liability Policy:
 ​Participation in our scavenger hunts is at your own risk, and we are not liable for any injuries, losses, or damages that may occur during the scavenger hunt. However, we take the safety of our customers seriously and provide appropriate safety equipment and instructions to minimize any potential risks. Participants must ensure their own safety and the safety of others while participating in the scavenger hunt. They must obey all traffic laws and pedestrian safety rules.
