We started with an education program that will take 3 months. Every coach will go to this educational system.
Our educational system consists: Kettlebell training, Dumbbells training, warm up/ cooling down.
How you will get benefit with those activities?
Nutrition : An eating plan that helps manage your weight includes a variety of healthy foods. Add an array of colors to your plate and think of it as eating the rainbow. Dark, leafy greens, oranges, and tomatoes—even fresh herbs—are loaded with vitamins, fiber, and minerals. Adding frozen peppers, broccoli, or onions to stews and omelets gives them a quick and convenient boost of color and nutrients.
Kettlebell training : The kettlebell, called the girya in its native Russia, is an iron or cast steel weight. kettlebell training combines cardio, strength and flexibility training. The movement of a kettlebell workout involves your whole body. Swinging the kettlebell raises your pulse, which makes it an effective cardio workout. The stretching you do increases flexibility, and the weight of the kettlebell offers the benefits of weight training: strength and toning.
Dumbbells training: Weight lifting with dumbbells lowers your risk of heart attack, stroke, and cardiovascular disease. Since strength training builds lean muscle mass, it helps you burn fat. Better sleep. Using dumbbells in the gym can lead to improved shut-eye.
Warm up/ cooling down: The purpose of warming up before physical activity is to prepare mentally and physically for your chosen activity. Warming up increases your heart rate and therefore your blood flow which enables more oxygen to reach your muscles. A warm-up also activates and primes the connections between your nerve and muscles, which improves the efficiency of movement. Additionally, your range of motion (flexibility) should be increased by dynamic stretching.
In our Bootcamp training you will also get power lifting activity as well. Also We have sessions for kids as well. We will help and guide kids with behavior problems. Together with Personal Training Bonaire we put this educational system together so we can guide coaches on all the islands who are working with Velitt in the Caribbean .
